Wonderful place

Everything was absolutely perfect, from the cleanliness of the room, comfortable beds, breakfast and delicious dinners to the breathtaking view from our room. Very friendly staff and the possibility of amazing hikes in the immediate vicinity of the hotel. This is a place we would definitely come back to.

Excellent. The location is epic. Good sized room. The balcony has a killer view. The restaurant of the hotel serves very good food.

Next to ski slopes. Nice breakfast with good coffee.

Lift should be included in hotel price since it is the only way getting there. Too warm in rooms in winter, even with heating off. Curtains let light through. Food in the evening is very average. But the nice and friendly personel make up for it.

The communications that we received did not make it clear that access to the hotel was via gondola, and that the last departure was at 16:00.

Unforgettable trip (we went for skiing), had traditional cheese fondue in the igloos

Amazing location with a stunning scenery. The staff is absolutely welcoming. The slopes have been empty, even there have been quite a few people.

We had some issues with the bathroom / shower, which can happen everywhere.

A very special place to visit. Very nice Igloos and lovely mountains all around. No cars, you can only get there in a cabin. Lovely place for a short stay.

Newly renovated and clean room. Fantastic dinner. Good location for hiking. Very peaceful and quite.

Compared to dinner, breakfast was a little bit too simple: no hot foods such as egg scrambles, tomatoes, etc.

Location is unique and beautiful, with the whole of the Engstligen Alp in view. Fantastic new room. Very quiet. Dinner was excellent! Breakfast was good.

A small thing but helpful thing to add to the hotel info - guests receive a discount on the Gondola ride. It would be helpful to inform guests about this, so they can benefit from it.

Frühstück und HP mit sehr guter Auswahl, auch vegetarisch und vegan, lecker zubereitet. Idyllische Lage, fernab vom Verkehr, direkt im Skigebiet, nur mit der Gondelbahn erreichbar. Diese kann während des Aufenthalts unbegrenzt benutzt werden.

Nicht das gebuchte Zimmer mit Balkon bekommen. Hundezimmer sind im Erdgeschoss mit kleinem Sitzplatz.

Sehr herziges Hotel zum Abschalten

Das Frühstück und das Abendessen war sehr fein. Im Vorfeld zeigten sich die Mitarbeiter sehr freundlich und lösungsorientiert, als es darum ging, dass wir erst am späteren Abend wieder zum Hotel zurückkehren wollten. Sie gaben uns die Möglichkeit der 22:00h-Seilbahn. Das fanden wir sehr lieb.

Wunderschöne Gegend aber nur noch als Tagesgast

Wer gerne Natur hat ist genau richtig. Bergbach und Kuhglocken. Uns hat das richtig gefallen.

Ich hätte mir mehr familiäres Restaurant gewünscht. Ist ein Selbstbedienungsrestaurant am Morgenessen war kein Personal zusehen. Beim gehen war dann überall hektisches Treiben, aber du als Gast wurdest nicht war genommen.

Schöne Lage, einfaches Hotel.

Lage ist super

Auch bei booking sollte stehen, dass die Fahrt mit der Gondelbahn separat zu Zahlen ist, ohne Gondelbahn kein Hotel, davon steht nirgends etwas. Die Beschreibung Suite trifft definitiv nicht zu. Das Klappsofa ist eine Katastrophe!
