Breakfast was great they catered well for our gluten and dairy allergies. We also found Amazing Rooms a great place to base ourselves when doing things in Seporna, we stored our luggae and ate in the lovely cool cafe often. It has a lovely clean bathroom as well. Great value for money

Great location and super friendly staff. The cafe is a great touch and the coffee and cakes are delicious. We’re in Semporna a lot and would definitely stay here again!
The walls are a little thin, so we could here people in the communal area outside our room

Staff were very friendly. Breakfast good.
Aircon in room wasn't great. Room smelt damp and was very warm. We stayed in the room without a window and maybe this was a mistake.
