Guests initially enter Magnolia Sands by following the sidewalk and signage for Beach Villas Unit 16 to the front door of the home. On the home's ground floor you will find the master suite, the guest suite, a laundry room and seating area near the spiral staircase to the second floor. On the second floor you will find the home's living room, dining area, kitchen, bathroom and partially-covered outdoor balcony. Walk up another spiral staircase to find the third bedroom. Please note that the spiral staircases between each floor of the home can be challenging for some people to navigate and/or carry luggage.
NO SMOKING. NO PETS. Tenant must be 25 years old. Reservations made for younger individuals will not be honored without any accompanying adult staying in the home at ALL times. NO PARTIES, EVENTS, PERFORMING ARTISTS OR BANDS ALLOWED AT ANY TIME. You may not exceed the maximum occupancy at any time — day or night. Our stay was great! The condo was in great shape, very clean and up to date. The location was fantastic, just a 2 minute walk to the beach and only steps from the pool. The iTrip team was great with their communication throughout the whole trip. We would definitely stay here again!

Great place! Very updated and loved that they had lots of beach chairs and towels! Pool was so close and great-hardly anyone there-felt like we had our own pool! And the beach was super close and loved having the Dune House close by too! And fans for each room too. The only thing we had an issue with was getting day passes for family that came here for our daughter’s wedding. It should be easier to have guests come to your home you are renting. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

What I loved about the property:
Great location, short walk to the beach, near everything, great little beach bar/lunch spot right on the beach. Owners had chairs and a great kitchen set up. It's bit older and could use a little maintenance but I would stay again had it not been for the construction and thin walls.
What could be improved:
The loft is open to both the kitchen and the living area. If you are using this as a bedroom for small children, that makes the living area useless or you will keep everyone up. My 24 year old popped in ear plugs so it was fine.
What could not be helped but impacted our stay: Construction is allowed after labor day - the unit next door had major renovations that started at 7:30 to 8:00 AM every morning and the walls were paper thin. As sleeping in is something I long for when on vacation (I work tons of hours), that didn't happen. Plus construction workers kept blocking us in or taking our parking. When I asked for a discount on our stay for the inconvenience, we were denied. The mgmt company didn't know when they booked us that construction would be going on; however, had we known, we would not have chosen this unit. I would have left a very nice review otherwise and I do feel that we should have been given something for the impact to our vacation.
