Located in the Historic District of Downtown Kingsport! If you have never driven on Hammond Avenue or Walked or Played in Hammond Park in Downtown Kingsport, This is the time to visit! An exquisite opportunity to stay in a home in this exclusive Community!! Originally Built in 1920 this home radiates the Ambiance of Historical Value with Impeccable Attention to Detail and Design! The home has been updated and renovated without disturbing the Individual Style! And the newest restoration includes a beautiful kitchen, claw foot tub, and a mix of old and new enhancements to ensure your stay is comfortable. There are 2 bedrooms upstairs and downstairs is a large livingroom with a couch that folds out into a queen bed.
My family lives close but so if there are any questions or issues, all you have to do is call.

Home is conveniently located near several locations downtown.

Close to downtown and park across street. Need to climb stairs to access bedrooms. Quiet setting with lots of songbirds in the mornings. Upstairs temperature was noticeably warmer than downstairs. TV worked good with lots of channels. No dishwasher.
