About this house rental
Make yourself at home at this beautifully renovated home just a few minutes away from Holston Valley Medical Center and Eastman in Kingsport. The home features two bedrooms and one bathroom. It was all recently renovated and all new furnishings recently -- including an all new kitchen and appliances.
You will enter the home in the living room that has a sectional and accent chair for plenty of seating. The remodeled kitchen is off of the living room and has a small table for dining inside. The washer and dryer are also in the kitchen.
Each bedroom has a queen size bed and a closet and dresser for clothing storage. One of the bedrooms has a desk and desk chair. The bathroom is located in the hall between the two bedrooms and has a tub/shower combo.
This is a duplex home with a resident on the other side.

The place was very clean and had a well stocked kitchen for cooking. The host was easy to contact and responsive when we needed more TP and paper towels.The down side for us was the neighborhood the house was in seemed a little sketchy (although it was quiet!) and the couch and bed were not very comfortable.

I really liked this house. It was very clean and the hostess was extremely easy to work with. The area was quiet. The property was in a very convenient location for shopping and dining. I enjoyed stay and intend to book it again in the future.

This the second time I stayed at this property. My second visit was not as good as my first visit. There were a lot of renovations on other homes close to the property, so it was noisy during this stay.
