ROADS: This home is in a mountain town. As such, you can expect dirt roads, potholes (due to things like traffic and rain), and slow speed limits. We recommend driving appropriate vehicles for the conditions.
WINTER: 4 WHEEL DRIVE, SNOW TIRES, AND HIGH GROUND CLEARANCE RECOMMENDED IN SNOWY CONDITIONS.

This was a wonderful vacation home for our families. Plenty of space for each of us to relax and to also come together and enjoy each other’s company and have fun. The outdoor area was beautiful, from the sunsets to the wildlife.Thank you

This is more of a review for the management company Kabino. On our third of 4 nights stay an alarm went off in the lower level and water appeared from under a locked door. This happened around midnight so we started calling to get help which not only did Kabino take our call, a tech came out at 1:30 am to unlock the door and silence the alarm. They further went on to provide a discount for the inability for us to use the lower level the last 2 nights of our stay. These things can happen and you will find out quickly who you are dealing with. Kabino was very professional and I would highly recommend any property they represent. As for the property itself, It was as advertised and also highly recommendable for anyone looking to a spacious warm setting for a family vacation. I only give it 4 stars due to the lack of sleep with the alarm event.

Such a beautiful place inside and out. Very comfortable beds. Kids had a blast with video games and games. The home is very open and relaxing.

This home and it's location is absolutely incredible. We celebrated my parents' 50th wedding anniversary here in Island Park, ID. There were 11 of us in total. The house is simply beautiful. Everything is updated, decorated to the nines, and there was more than enough room for everyone. All of us had our own private sleeping quarters. The upstairs great room and kitchen are fantastic. The basement is huge, finished, and a ton of fun - we had air hockey tournaments, the kids performed for us, and it felt like we were in a theater when we watched movies. The hot tub in the garage was a nice added bonus for the chilly mornings & evenings. The property is set in an amazing location surrounded by mountains all around. The sunrise & sunset views and the star showers at night are insane. The property is large and we played plenty of frisbeer and football in the backyard. On two separate occasions during our 1 week vacay we traveled to Yellowstone Nat'l Park. The park is just 40 minutes away. We'd hope to make this an annual trip and won't think to stay anywhere else. Thanks for one of the most memorable trips we've ever had!
