ROADS: This home is in a mountain town. As such, you can expect dirt roads, potholes (due to things like traffic and rain), and slow speed limits. We recommend driving appropriate vehicles for the conditions.
WINTER: 4 WHEEL DRIVE, SNOW TIRES, AND HIGH GROUND CLEARANCE RECOMMENDED IN SNOWY CONDITIONS.

The location was great! We stayed there for our family trip to Yellowstone. There's so much space that all of the 16 grandkids basically had there own space! The kitchen was very spacious and modern. Absolutely loved it! Thanks for allowing us to rent this beautiful home. The only thing problematic was the yard,there didn't appear to be any lawn which makes playing volleyball a bit challenging!

We have stayed at this house before for a family reunion. It accomodates a lot of people. Lots of areas to congregate. Hot tub was used and enjoyed. TVs galore. Lots of beds and extra mattresses for families to use in individual rooms. Some stuff is getting old and warn down and needs a little TLC, like broken blinds, but overall it’s a great house for a lot of separate families. I think overall our family enjoyed the house. Thx

Awesome house, location, amenities, services were the perfect distance to allow privacy but also accessibility. We had 21 people and it definitely could have slept more. It was clean, and everything worked as expected. We would highly recommend this house to any large family or group!

We recently stayed at this property in Island Park, and unfortunately, it did not live up to the listing or photos. The home was in poor condition and lacked basic cleanliness. We found mouse traps in common areas (one of which snapped on a baby), a live mouse in the basement window well, pubic hairs in the bathroom sink, dirty counters, cobwebs, and unwashed linens. We had to clean the kitchen for nearly an hour before we could use it, and there was little to no toilet paper provided.Furniture, blinds, and linens were very worn or broken, and the layout didn’t match the listing — beds were missing, and the advertised bunk beds were nowhere to be found. Locked cabinets limited storage space, and there were almost no extra blankets or linens. Several doorknobs didn’t latch properly, and the fridge handle was broken.While we appreciated the outdoor fire pit, BBQ deck, and ample seating and parking, the overall condition of the property — inside and out — made the stay disappointing. The photos online appear outdated and do not accurately reflect the current state of the home. This property needs serious cleaning, maintenance, and updated listing info.
