Everything was amazing!

It was centrally located

Very good location, great bar nearby (Aquelarre Taproom). Our family loved the breakfast, plenty of options for any taste. The stuff is very helpful, the airco was not working in our room, they couldn’t fix it and provided us with a new room just in 10 minutes.

The airco system definitely has a problem in this hotel, it was incredibly cold no matter what temperature we set.

The rooms were large, beds extremely comfortable, shower(s) were hot, pool and surrounding area had lots of comfortable sun loungers, breakfast was a buffet and amazing (staff anticipated all my needs), restaurant served local and international food, sky lounge bar was great place to relax in the evening.

Good location

We stayed in the hotel 2 times, and the experience was different. Altogether, we stayed in 3 rooms. The rooms were identical but different. 5th floor - all shower was covered with mold, airco control panel was not working properly, so the airco itself didn’t work, and we were given another room. 9th floor - the bathroom was very clean, no mold, airco was freezing despite the temperature set, at 26 degrees it was like 18. 8th floor - the shower was a bit moldy, airco was working properly, there were less pillows than in the previous rooms. First time the breakfast was great, second was somewhat ok-ish, less variety, less fruits and vegetables. Basically, the quality is quite inconsistent and will depend on your luck.
