Calm and clean
there was no hot water in the shower.

price was good, beds were super comfy, hot shower, wifi decent, staff did a load of laundry for me complimentary, breakfast available on site.
Location was extremely noisy, parts of our room were dirty (food particles left on floor beside bed near wall), but would stay again.
