superbe appartement, état neuf, plutôt bien équipé, très bien situé pour visiter la région, au calme avec parking devant la porte.

canapé très fatigué, climatisation portative particulièrement bruyante emplacement non adapté, devant un volet roulant en aluminium qui diffuse de la chaleur en permanence sans pouvoir fermer la fenêtre qui se situe entre le volet et le climatiseur. une incohérence totale et une dépense d'énergie certaine. L'idée de climatiser est excellente mais l'installation est inadaptée.

L'équipement de l'appartement, la propreté, la situation proche du coeur du village, le calme de la rue, la facilité de stationnement devant le gite, l'amabilité du propriétaire...

Location was good- short walk into the Centre. Kitchen was good- stove, oven and tons of pots, pans, cutlery etc. Nice that they put some air conditioning in our bedroom and that there was a fan in the living area as it was very hot when we stayed.

For two people for a 2 night stay, they supplied 2 coffee capsules and 2 tea bags. While I don’t expect an entire box of each, this was quite astounding. Also, prior to our stay they said there was also a filter machine- that was there but given there was no filter or filter papers anywhere, it did not work. Not ok. A handful of supplies in the cupboard were a nice touch but pretty basic- some salt, sugar, vinegar. But the empty bottle of olive oil is for what?? Our first showers absolutely flooded the bathroom because the drain was blocked. We mopped it up, also using one of the hand towels. I messaged them and they fixed it immediately, however I am bewildered and displeased that they didn’t give us another towel. Again- we got 2 bath towels and 2 hand towels for the entire stay. This was also specified in a message. Fine except that we had to use one and the bathmat because of the ‘flood’ Very small, and short double bed ina room that could accommodate a queen or 2 singles. We did not sleep well at all. Finally, we got half a roll of toilet paper for our entire stay! For 2 people! We searched the entire apartment and there was no more. Absolutely incredible. We are riding around Alsace and every single place we have stayed has been totally excellent. This was the exception. Very disappointing.
