The apartment is spacious and clean. It is beautifully decorated and has everything you need for cooking. The bonus is that is super close to the train station; therefore, it is very easy to get there by train.

Goeie locatie, de bewaakte autoparking bij het station is dichtbij (3€/dag) en ook het centrum van Colmar is op wandelafstand. Voor een kort verblijf is dit een ideaal logement. Bedden zijn opgemaakt en ook handdoeken zijn ter beschikking. Ruime keuken met frigo en diepvries.

Er is geen airco, maar voor ons viel het zeer goed mee. Een ventilator is wel aanwezig.

The apartment was lovely and spacious and very well looked after. The decor is nice and the condition of the furniture and utilities is immaculate. It is very close to the station which was helpful for us in particular, as we were on an inter-railing holiday and were arriving after a 7 hour train journey. Equally, it was just a short walk through a lovely park (with water jets for the kids to play in) to the 'old town'. It was very hot during our visit but the host had placed multiple fans within the property for us to use, which we appreciated. We had a great time in Colmar and knowing that we were returning to a great, clean and comfortable apartment, made it even better.

It wasn't that we didn't like it as such and it is just a minor suggestion - but it does make a big difference in staying cool throughout the night, if the bedding is 100% cotton. If there had been air-con, it would be 10/10, but the fans really did help!

Geräumige Wohnung im Erdgeschoß. Alles sehr sauber und gut ausgestattet. Wir waren nur eine Nacht dort, aber man hätte gut auch länger bleiben können, denn es ist alles da. In 10 Minuten ist man zu Fuß in der pittoresken Altstadt.

Parken war nicht sehr einfach, wegen einer Baustelle. Leider keine Klimaanlage, weswegen es sehr warm war. Der Vermieter hat viele Ventilatoren, die es besser machen. Aber gerade nachts bleibt es sehr warm, weil man nicht so gerne die Fenster aufmacht im Erdgeschoß beim Schlafen.
