This was a beautiful and quaint house with exquisite details and the most beautiful views I've ever seen. The view from the bedroom and kitchen/ den were magnificent. The bed was excellent. Perfect location for wonderful hikes, an viewing platform, and restaurants and bar. Tourist information was cose and helpful. Heavenly treat.

The view from the main bedroom, walking distance to the great scenery and the person who looks after the property (not used her name here in case she does not want to be identified by her name). Response to my many questions prior to the booking was prompt and good.
I stayed at the beginning of January and the booking.com description failed to explain that the property does not provide heating upstairs where the bedroom and the bathroom are. We travelled over 10 hours from Santiago (as we did not drive) and arrived at the property around or after 10pm. There was a good working pellet heating downstairs but the heat does not adequately reach the bedroom. The property has radiators everywhere but all switched off. I suspect that the pellet heating would work if the property is continuously occupied and it is on almost all the time and when the weather is too cold. Both bedroom and the bathroom were too cold and we could not take a shower. We were given an electric heater which was so weak. We slept cold and I was so tempted to make a formal complaint to Booking.com in the middle of the night. Somehow, we got through the night and as I open the curtain and saw the view, I was in a forgiving mood. The person looks after the property helped to warm up the room so we were okay after the dreadful first night. Not offering adequate heating in the upstairs in the cold January needs to be known and I hope that the property owner reads my review. On my first night, as it was too cold, I used two extra blankets from the wardrobe to cover ourselves. I did not realise until the second day, the blankets had what I could see were dog's hairs and when examined further, I could see dirt and it appeared as if a corner had been chewed off. Horrified but I did not want to spoil the holiday so put them away.
To search for a garden or access to a garden, we went around the house, however, the only thing I could see was a little patio with a piece of garden furniture in front of the house. Is this a 'Garden'? or am I missing something?
