Apartamento limpio, muy buena atención por parte de propietarios, bastante bien equipado
Falta persiana en la habitación porque por la mañana entra mucha luz. Sofá incómodo. Habría que reemplazar algun utensilio de cocina. Alguna noche hay movida en el bar de abajo.

El detall de les càpsules de cafè. Fent alguna millora en els tancaments, mobiliari i accessoris seria molt millor.
Sorolls varis.: bomba d'aigua, bar de sota obert de 7 a 23 h., porta d'entrada no encaixa i fa soroll tota la nit. Fortor que puja pel celobert( no es un pati!) Llits durs com pedres. Estris de cuina envellits i algun poc recomanable.
