Newly built holiday home with private access to the lake and a large garden plot. Water sports enthusiasts are very welcome here - several kayaks and a catamaran (for shared use with the neighboring house) are available to you free of charge. A perfect holiday destination if you want to travel with the whole family. The area around the Szczecin Lagoon is ideal for nature lovers and those seeking peace and quiet. Nestled in forests, meadows and water landscapes, the region offers its visitors not only complete relaxation, but also plenty of natural enjoyment and beautiful excursion destinations such as Swinoujscie or Szczecin. HighLights: Wi-Fi Activities nearby: Long walks, bike tours, fishing and swimming trips or a foray into nature with the camera - here everyone can pursue their favorite leisure activities. You can also take a day trip to Szczecin, where many sights await you: the Szczecin Castle, the town hall and the colorful house facades on the Heumarkt and the newly built concert hall of the Szczecin Philharmonic, which was awarded the Mies van der Rohe Prize in 2014. There are also great shopping opportunities and numerous restaurants and cafés. Mobility: Not suitable for people with limited mobility
