In the unique biosphere reserve you will find our wonderful newly created relaxation oasis. Just 100 m from the water, the tranquil tranquility of nature that heaven has kissed welcomes you and lets you sink into the cosiness and relaxation through the special atmosphere of this holiday home. The mixture of this half-timbered house, in which horses have recently found their home, makes up the magical character of the former barn and modern expansion.
New 'Farmer' holiday home for 6-7 people (from 7 to 9th person an extra bed for a surcharge), pets are welcome, fully equipped, in one place for anglers, for water sports enthusiasts, fans of untouched nature, riding through forests and lagoon every season. You can then relax in the sauna, which is particularly inviting and relaxing in the cold months.
Excursions from the marina in Nowe Warpno to Germany and Swinoujscie, we have all that and more. Enjoy your free time with us, relax in front of the fireplace or in the cozy reading corner. Find your personal corner to retreat to and relax. This place is as stimulating for children as it is for adults. On the 2000 sqm plot, children will find all kinds of suggestions for playing, such as table tennis, slackline, climbing tree. Bicycles can be borrowed. A paradise for parents, toddlers or couples who like to relax and want to do nothing. Another specialty for our guests: at Christmas we surprise you with a Christmas tree and at New Year's Eve with a delicious cool sparkling wine!

Wir waren Ende März/Anfang April 22 im Ferienhaus und waren wohl nach einiger Zeit die ersten Gäste. Da die Heizung und das warme Wasser ausschließlich über den Kamin funktionieren, brauchten wir gute zwei Tage bis die Wohnung halbwegs warm war - das war schade.
Die Sauna im Anschluss der Terrasse ist schön, leider hat man zur Terrasse nur eine Schiebetür, die man vom außen nicht schließen kann. So muss man auch in der kalten Jahreszeit die Türe immer einen Spalt offen lassen, wenn man nicht zum Saunieren einmal um das komplette Haus laufen möchte.
Der eingezäunte Garten ist wunderbar und unsere Hunde haben sich sehr wohl gefühlt.
WLAN funktioniert wunderbar!
Auch der Abfluss in der Dusche funktionierte nach einem 1/2 Liter Rohrfrei hervorragend.
Trotz dem ein oder anderen „Mangel“ haben wir uns sehr wohl und willkommen gefühlt.

Wenn jemand Freude an Abgeschiedenheit und Natur hat, dann ist er hier richtig.
Man ist umgeben von Wäldern und sehr nah am Wasser.
Das Haus ist komfortabel und gut ausgestattet.
Ein paar Kleinigkeiten sind noch zu verbessern. Ablauf in der Dusche, warme Decken im Winter und ein bisschen Luxus in der Küchenaustattung.
Aber kein Grund sich hier nicht wohl zu fühlen.
Der Kamin ist einfach toll an kalten Wintertagen.

Das Haus ist sehr schön eingerichtet, der Garten ist wirklich sehr groß und sehr gepflegt und die Sauna ist top! Wir hätten uns noch eine Gartendusche gewünscht, aber man kann ja nicht alles haben. Wenn alle nacheinander im Bad duschen gehen, gibt es eine kleine Überschwemmung, wenn man sparsam duscht hälts sich das aber in Grenzen.
Den Kamin sollte man sich erklären lassen und alle Einkäufe (auch Salz und Pfeffer) mitbringen, sowie Bettwäsche, Handtücher und Spüli, Tabs und Geschirrtuch.
Die Umgebung ist traumhaft schön und sehr ruhig, dass Haff ist 5 Minuten vom Haus entfernt. Wer Ruhe und Erholung möchte ist hier richtig. Dafür gibt es eine klare Empfehlung!

Schön ruhig und für uns städter mal eine willkommene Abwechslung.
Internet bzw. wlan fehlanzeige. Wie auch, wenn nicht mal nen Router im Haus ist. Zum wasser sind es auf jeden fall mehr als 100 meter (tippe auf 350-400m).
Die Küche ist groß aber sehr schlecht ausgestattet. Z.T. gingen die Steckdosen an der Küchenzeile nicht. Riesige Schubladen oder Schränke, jedoch alles leer. Ihr braucht Küchenpapier, Lappen, Spülmittel, Geschirrspültabs vllt. auch mal nen großen Toof mit Deckel. Letzteres war einmal vorhanden.
Bettzeug und Handtücher sind ebenfalls selbst mitzubringen.
Tischtennisplatte ist mittlerweile nicht mehr vor Ort (in vorherigen Rezensionen wurde noch der schlechte Zustand erwähnt, nun hat es sie wohl hingerafft).
Alles in Allem nicht schlecht aber auch nicht Gut. Wieso wird da nicht mal ein wenig investiert ?
