The small fishing village is in the immediate vicinity of Burhave. Even today, traditional cutters sail from here to catch crabs out on the North Sea. When they return to the harbor after a successful catch, you can buy the fresh crabs directly from the cutter. Regularly there are trips with the MS "WEGA II" from Fedderwardersiel to one of the biggest seal banks on the coast. The life of the seals is observed from the ship - a great experience for big and small guests. Another amenity is the availability of a wallbox for electric cars at the vacation home. However, please note that you will need to bring your own charging cable with you Activities in the area: when the weather is nice, a trip to the North Sea lagoon in Burhave is a great option.
