About this house rental
This home is located in a nice community. Professionally decorated, two-story single-family fully furnished and rental ready. All stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, wood cabinets, 8 bedrooms, 5 full bathrooms, a game room, a huge kitchen, theater room, a two-car garage and loft area make this home the ideal luxury vacation rental property. On the first floor you will find the master bedroom with a king bed, has a private bathroom with a tub, separate shower and his and her sinks. Second master king bed is located on the first floor. On the second floor you will find the rest of the bedrooms, loft, laundry, and theater. The heated pool & spa offer the best outdoor vacation experience. Everything you need in a vacation home can be found in this fantastic home! If you have been considering a vacation home, this beautifully furnished home is in a prime location not far from Disney.

BBQ grill and Pool Heat are additional fees. A services fee of $50 will be applied for the pool heating order placed

No Quads, golf carts, scooters, slingshots or mini motorcycles are allow in the community. Any unauthorized or prohibited vehicles will be towed at the owners expense.
Vehicles parked on the street must be parked in the correct direction (passenger side to curb) so as to not be parked against the flow of traffic.
Vehicles must not be parked in a manner that obstructs a driveway, sidewalk, fire lane, block fire hydrants.
Vehicles must not be parked in the sidewalk, or green areas.

The home was beautiful look exactly like the pictures. Was more than enough space for my family of 15. Enough towels and wash cloths were provided. Only problem we had was a toilet issue that couldn’t get accommodated during our stay and made the house smell bad. The host responded quickly to the plumbing issue but a tech wasn’t able to check the house during our stay. We also couldn’t get the movie room to play anything maybe we just didn’t know what we were doing but that didn’t stop the kids from enjoying the home.Overall we enjoyed our stay, beautiful and fun community and we wouldn’t mind booking again.

Property in great location and handy for all Champions Gate has to offer. Needed a little "TLC" to be honest and showed typical signs of it being a rental property. However, very clean and gave our group of guys a great base for our vacation.

Nice home but the furniture needs to be updated. The pool was beautiful. Couldn’t get the screen in the theater room to work. Overall this is a good rental and we would stay again.

Annual Golf trip for 7 adults. Great neighborhood , communications and check-in process was flawless, house was ok but we were not terribly picky, does need some cleaning/updates for higher rating but bedrooms were all clean and above average.
