Nice and Comfortable

The place was clean and comfortable. We had everything we needed.

The smell of the cabin was overpowering when we arrived. For someone with allergies, the smell of the cleaning products was too strong. We opened the windows for a few hours and it dissipated.

Clean and nice amenities!

The location of the property is very convenient. We were close to downtown Eureka Springs, zip lining and floating down the river. The cabins are nicely updated and has beautiful wooded area behind the property. We are going to come back in the fall or summer to enjoy the property in cooler weather. They have a really nice hot tub outside with a fire pit and sitting area.

it was a cute cabin

it had coffee but no sugar, sweetener, creamer. the heater on the floor didn’t work. the shower was tiny. you had to rent a grill for $27 when it’s one you can buy for $12 at Walmart. we were on the bike so if we had wanted to cookout it wouldn’t have been possible without having to rent the grill🥲 no bubble bath for the tub or even extra soap besides one in shower that was connected to the shower wall. just very disappointed. this was a birthday getaway for my fiancé. I’ve stayed in several cabins in eureka and this was by far the most disappointing one.

We traveled with our dog for the first time and this place was great. Lots of places on the property to “sniff” and explore. Everything we needed for a great get a way.

Peaceful Loblolly

Excellent location just far enough from the main part of town to be quiet and relaxing, yet close enough to be in the middle of beautiful Eureka Springs. Nicely decorated cabins, comfortable furnishings.

Bathroom was a little small but just my preference because I like to spread out.
