Huge room with balcony, not too far from town and walking distance to laundry, cafe & restaurants. Ample covered parking available, with security. There is no on-site reception to check in, it's all done remotely via WhatsApp, but the host is very helpful.
A bit basic, but clean and comfortable, various amenities are included. Excellent value for money.

The room was very big, with AC and a small fridge.
Far away from the center (about 20-30 minutes walking). The neighborhood is a bit scary at night, with a lot of big cockroaches and very dark. There is no reception, you can only speak via WhatsApp. The room and bathroom was not very clean.
