    Check-in was around 6:30 PM, but the room was still not ready, and I had to wait almost an hour. After that, I requested a late check-out (and paid half the room price), but when I asked for a few extra minutes to shower, the staff kept insisting on additional payment. Only after I mentioned the earlier delay during check-in did they allow me a short time to freshen up. Additionally, other occupants were quite noisy even after midnight, which affected the overall experience.
