Al llegar al hotel me atendió Alberto, muy amable, y me enseñó todos los servicios disponibles del hotel: las zonas comunes en el interior, en el exterior, la piscina, etc. También me acercó hasta la habitación. El lugar donde se encuentra el hotel es verdadermante ESPECTACULAR. Se respira una tranquilidad difícil de encontrar en los hoteles al uso. Sin duda alguna recomiendo muchísimo este "retiro" de desconexión en un lugar tan tan agradable. Las vistas en el desayuno eran increíbles.
No puedo destacar nada que no me gustase.

Phantastische Lage umgeben von Weinbergen; rundum Panorama in eine liebliche, grüne Landschaft; sehr angenehm, dass es ein Pool gibt.
Sehr gutes Frühstück. Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.
Prosecco-Verkostung und Direktkauf möglich.

Struttura in generale molto bella, e in una posizione molto tranquilla sopra un colle con viste mozzafiato a 360°. Arredata in stile moderno, bella stanza comoda con bagno stupendo.
Ottima colazione con prodotti squisiti. Direi ottima anche la degustazione vini di loro produzione che si può fare direttamente in struttura.
Ho apprezzato anche il fatto che alla sera puoi scegliere tu direttamente il vino (tipo self-service) quando e come vuoi. Ci sono tavoli per possibilità di fare consegna a domicilio e mangiarti una pizza come a casa tua in tutta tranquillità.
Bellissima piscina esterna con SPA annessa. Tutto lo staff sempre disponibile per ogni esigenza, molto cordiale e competente.
Difficile trovare difetti o cose da migliorare. Forse metterei qualche appendiabito da parete nella stanza. Comunque la cosa più difficile è mantenere uno standard cosi elevato.
