Quailette - Cozy pet friendly studio w/ outdoor space minutes from the UofA!

Quailette offers a cozy space near the UofA, perfect for unwinding after adventuring around Tucson. Dream deep on the comfy queen size bed while the European mini-split style cooling and heating system keeps the temperature just to your liking. The living area is adjacent to the sleeping area and offers a lush loveseat couch and nesting coffee tables. The smart Roku television is ready for you to login to any app you use for streaming your favorite program. Next up is the dining table which seats four, however the chairs can be stacked and set aside if that works best for you. The table is also expandable in the event you need additional work or dining space. The kitchenette is equipt with a small refrigerator w/ freezer, as well as a sink and many small appliances to prepare food or drinks. Note: Traditonal stove/oven NOT included. The bathroom is tastefully renovated as well with a subway tile shower and continued concrete floors. A washer and dryer complete the bathroom space. The outdoor space is something that is unique to the Quailette as most small rental spaces do not have such a large area dedicated to your enjoyment. Complete with a propane gas grill, two sitting areas with patio lights and artificial turf / pavers complete the space. Perfect for your furry travel companion to enjoy (see pet policy)! NOTE: When entering the Quailette there is a larger than most step down into the unit. Once you know it is there, it is a non issue, however we like to make sure all guests are aware prior to booking. This entry door is also narrow, so those who are bringing boxes or bikes in may need to care when bringing these items in. The entry is into the laundry / bathroom area. Most guests do not think twice about this, but we encourage you to consider this detail when booking. LOCATION

Located in the Jefferson Park Historic Neighborhood, Quailette is a short walk or drive to Campbell Avenue’s fine restaurants and coffee shops. Also just blocks north of the University of Arizona main campus, the Banner /University Medical Center, and the University’s Poetry Center. Also a walkable distance to the north terminus of the Tucson modern street car with its route through the University campus and downtown Tucson (5 minute drive and 15 minute walk).

There is a main house on the property that is a vacation rental, the Quail Adobe. As guest privacy is our top priority, the Quailette is totally separated from the Quail Adobe by a tasteful partition fence that will ensure you enjoy your stay. The Quail Adobe is outfitted in the style of the Quailette, including two bedrooms, one bathroom, full kitchen, living room with memory foam pull out sleeper sofa and large backyard. The Quailette can be rented solo or along with the Quail Adobe for larger groups (Quail Adobe: VRBO #1214978).

PET POLICY

Well behaved dogs under 50 lbs with their responsible owners welcome (limit of two dog). We ask that dogs are kenneled when you are not in the home with them and are not permitted to be left outside unattended. If you need a kennel, just ask! - we are happy to provide one during your stay :) Sorry, no cats.
