The building condo has sauna, swimming pool, parking garage and 24 hours private security.
This penthouse is only leased PER WEEK and per MONTH. Discount for monthly rentals.

This is a beautiful two story condo. The location is prime with lots of restaurants and action happening. It is a safe neighbourhood with a two minute walk to Ipanema beach and subway.

Ipanema is a prime area of Rio de Janeiro and is famous for its song: The Girl from Ipanema, which turned into a bar and is close to the apartment. It has trade, transportation, beach, bars and restaurants. All within one neighborhood among many beautiful people.
Great location, close to everything, shops, supermarkets, restaurants, Feira Hype, beach, two blocks from Ipanema subway station and transport at the door.

We stayed here during Carnival, and the location in Ipanema was perfect - close to the beach, restaurants, bars and stores. Also very secure.
