This perfectly located coastal style home offers a perfect vacation spot on the convenient East End of Holden Beach to enjoy the vacation you've been dreaming of. This home has been tastefully updated including newer Luxury Vinyl Plank Flooring & furnishings. The inverted floor plan with it's open kitchen, dining and living room areas provide the perfect place for relaxing & gathering together. The kitchen is bountifully stocked and has plenty room for all the chefs in your family. The ocean view deck off the second level invites you sit in a rocker and read a good book, watch the Pelican's scout the coastline or enjoy the ocean breezes & the sound of rolling waves. Enjoy a memorable meal inside or out on one of the porches, around the pool or at the picnic table. Enjoy refreshments in the evening on the upper crow's nest offering great viewing perspectives of the island. A Private Beach Access walkway is merely steps across the street. You'll enjoy the convenience of an enclosed outdoor hot/cold water shower after a long day in the sand. Swim some laps, hang out or just take a quick cool-off dip in your HUGE private (14' x 35') saltwater swimming pool. This 4 bedroom, 3 bath home comfortably sleeps nine guests. Convenient to nearby shopping, dining & water sports activities, you'll find no reason to wander far from this beautiful coastal retreat!
This pool is open year-round. Pool heat is available only from September through May upon advance request, requiring a $400 plus tax pool heating fee paid in advance. Pools are cleaned before arrival, and also cleaned mid-stay for 7-night rentals.

First time in Holden Beach for our family vacation.Did not disappoint. The house and pool were amazing. Great views of the beach with private acess just a few steps away

There is so much to love about this beautiful home! My husband and I recently spent a week at this private East-end property with our children and my parents. The inverted floor plan was perfect for our group, with plenty of space for all. The backyard and pool was enjoyed thoroughly by all, all week long. We enjoyed both of the large front porches (with ocean views), as well as the convenient private beach access, located steps away from the front of the property. This is a beautiful, clean, and well stocked home. We look forward to returning!
