With four king bedrooms, two bunk rooms, two separate living areas, three refrigerators, a fenced shaded private pool, elevator, and its own beach access, this home was made for groups who want to vacation together without being on top of one another.

This property offers optional pool heating with a 3-night minimum.
Pool heating is available by request outside of the period from Memorial Day through Labor Day and must be requested at least 2 weeks prior to check-in. Pool heating does not guarantee a specific water temperature. Heating performance is affected by outdoor temperatures, wind, overnight conditions, and other environmental factors. Under favorable conditions, the system may raise the pool water approximately 20–30°F above its naturally occurring temperature; however, during particularly cold weather, the system may be unable to achieve or maintain the desired temperature.
Once pool heating has been arranged and the service period begins, refunds will only be provided in the event of a pool pump failure that prevents the requested heating service from being provided. Refunds will not be issued due to weather or environmental conditions, the pool not reaching a particular temperature, changes in personal preference, early discontinuation of the service, or unused service days.

We just finished a fantastic trip! We took our children, grandchildren and parents for the week. There were 19 of us and the house was perfect for all of us. We’d never been to Holden Beach and loved it!!! We had great weather!!! Some of our favorite aspects of the house; the elevator made it so much easier for our parents, the pool was the place to be after coming in from the beach and the open floor plan in the main area was great for eating together and playing games. But most of all, we felt like the communication with Jamie and Karen and others from Pier 42 was really spot on. They were very responsive and really cared and wanted our stay to be perfect.

Pier 42 was wonderful as the management of our rental. They repeated checked on us to see if we needed anything and were right there when we had a dishwasher issue. The best rental management company I’ve had at Holden Beach and I’ve been going there for nearly 60 years.

We had a wonderful stay. The house was amazing, beautiful breathtaking views, heated pool, four king-size beds, an elevator, three refrigerators everything we could want for a memorable multi generational family vacation at the beach.
