The direct access to the gulf and Harbor Walk restaurants wonderful. Please note, I think this is mostly a family (mom, dad, uncle/aunt & kids) accomodation. Our guys are 100% experienced fishermen. We had a crew of six male adults. The location & accomcations is great, but the bedrooms aren't really set up for six adult male fishermen. We made it work, but it's definitely more of a family set up. The lower bunk-bedroom bedroom (very small bath/shower/toilet) is for the teens/kids and a little difficult for the adults. It was perfect for our group and I would highly recommend it for people who want to be out rather than inside. The boat slip was the absolute best. We never used the lift because we didn't need to and we weren't sure it was working. We were on the water at 5 am, took a break for lunch/rest midday, then came off the water at sunset, showered up and then took the boat to dinner. There was no need for a lift. The slip was GREAT. We had to rent an offsite parking for the trailer, but that's to be expected ($50/day).

Rough start as there was miscommunication about a leak in the kitchen ceiling. The code we received via email was the wrong one however we received a new one quickly after sending a text. 2 hours after checking in the maintenance crew let themselves in and scared our teenage daughters as strange men walked into the unit. They left the ceiling open and a bag full of old drywall pieces in the kitchen. I believe they didn’t know we were checking in. They still could have rang the doorbell since my truck was in the driveway. There was a pillow that had what looked like blood on it. In the master bedroom there were dirty wash clothes left in the shower on the bench. A few small items was there was no plug for the kitchen sink to pre wash dishes. We only had two small dish towels. We had to buy garbage bags and toilet paper (we may have been told this but I didn’t see it). The garbage cans in the driveway smelled terrible and you could smell it without opening top. From a use perspective we loved the location and used the boat lift daily as this was the main reason for renting the unit.
