The location was excellent.
Easy walking to all the shops and restaurants.
The stair case to get to the apartment carrying luggage, prams and so on.
However we would stay there again we absolutely loved the apartment.

The apartment is very clean and well appointed. The lay out is fantastic and it has been decorated beautifully.
The apartment is very loud. It is located on the main road directly across from a busy licensed pub/restaurant that played extremely loud music until 1am. The noise in the main bedroom and throughout the apartment at night is almost unbearable and kept us awake until it ceased. This is a serious issue and one that prospective visitors should be notified of especially given the price point.
Also, visitors will note the lengthy terms and conditions that are imposed by Peninsula Holiday Rentals (the agency controlling the booking) that must be adhered to by guests. Those T&C's include breach of conditions of occupancy that permit a range of options for the owner/agent. It is disappointing that there was no warranty of quiet enjoyment to be provided to the guest. The T&C's are bordering on nonsense.
