Used it as a one-night stopover before getting the ferry. Spacious, comfortable bed, close to the ferry terminal, very good value for money
Bed sheets were stained, balcony doors locked by broomsticks, can be noisy as on the main strip

We arrived ON TIME and had to wait for another tenant to wake the person who was to meet with us as we had no internet just getting to Mexico a few ours earlier. Very unsettling. Very noisy location all night long. Would not stay again.
See above. and add at 80 years of age stairs are NOT acceptable.
