My family (2 other separate rooms) experience no AC for the first night. We had some elderly family members join our room to get some AC and get some rest since my room did had AC. Also service at the restaurant was 1 hr wait to get attention to get our drink order and food, the fruit was not fresh and breakfast was blah.
Mind we reserved total of 5 rooms for our family for 3 nights. It would had been nice to get a discount or some part of refund.
