Sea Top Flat II

Good location (10 minutes walk to the beach) and a fantastic view from the 12th floor. The flat is ok, everything matches the description and photos. All appliances work properly. Stable, fast internet. I can’t comment on the garage as they forgot to leave us the remote control (they gave us a code), but every night (mid-May) we had no trouble finding a space on the street, so we didn’t use it at all. Good communication with the host. However, this isn’t quite the level of Spanish hospitality, so don’t expect welcome snacks and be prepared to be asked to wash the dishes and take out the rubbish before you leave.

The flat could do with a bit of a refresh (water leaks from the shower, the bathroom door doesn't close properly, no bedside lamps in the bedroom, the kitchen equipment worn out).

Mobilier dans son jus ( vieillot) odeur d’humidité très persistante peut être aussi du aux rideaux occultants.

Vista deslumbrante, cama confortável e boa localização.

Chuveiro acabava logo a água quente. Com 3 pessoas tomando banhos rápidos, na metade do segundo banho já acabava a água quente e demorava para ter novamente.

The view from the balcony was amazing. The apartment was also very clean. Great location.

There was construction work being carried out on 2 apartments above us. The work started at 8am until 7pm Monday to Friday. At times we had to leave the apartment as the noise was unbearable. In the booking information these works were ment to be finished by 28/02/25. We should have been informed about this construction because we would have made alternative arrangements for accommodation. There was information about this work posted in all 5 elevator’s in the building, yet we were not informed by the letting agent. The only 2 days we had without very loud construction noise during our 11 day stay was Saturday & Sunday. Totally unacceptable & had a huge impact on our holiday, very disappointing.
