I stayed here for about two weeks in total across separate visits this summer, and it will always be my first choice in Bangkok. Cleanliness, AC, and quietness are 10/10. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful. Their laundry service is also fast and very affordable. Don't bother looking for anywhere else if you are looking for a place close to oldtown, chinatown and related places.
Toilet paper can be more durable 😅
