All good, nice, clean, comfy.

Door code was provided via electronic communications. The property was spotless, very nice. 3 bedrooms with 1.5 bathrooms. Very nice kitchen and living room area with a wood burning fireplace. There was also room outside on the deck and a firepit area on the side of the home. However, the weather was a bit cold to venture out there, but it looks like a nice place for a warmer weather trip. Nice place, very enjoyable! Thank you

Pretty much it was all good, clean, comfy, warm, very usable. This is not a dislike, but wanted to mention, the home sites about 1.5 miles from the main street in Ellicottville. The sidewalks from the town go about 1/2 way to the home. Driving into town was straight down the road and you are there in minutes, walking, you will be on a large "side" of the road about 1/2 way then sidewalks the rest of the way.

Beautiful landscape, relaxed house

We enjoyed the spacious ground floor with the Open but separated kitchen. A modern and relaxed way of furniture and decoration. As we visited in summer we would have appreciated to have no winter or ski or christmas items around. Each of the three bedrooms has got different beds. Grocery store and nice bakeries in town.

This place is the place to stay when going to Ellicotville!

The property is extremely clean, renovated, with ample space for after ski group rest. The sign in/out is extremely easy. Hosts are well responsive.

There is really nothing not to like about this awesome property.

We had a great time in this cute house, the backyard has amazing mountain view.

The location of the house was very convenient. We loved the mountain scenery. We enjoyed the fresh air and wood fire. The beds were very comfy and the kitchen was fully equipped. The floors and bathrooms were clean.

The door of powder room was broken.

Great Stay for a getaway weekend

Close enough to town, secluded area, quiet, comfortable, owners very responsive

There wasnt much we didnt like. If we had to be picky, it definitely needs a new stove and gas grill. Electric and outlets didnt work in one bedroom.
