Great Location and really helpful and friendly staff at renting agency LJ Hooker. Good size with plenty of room and balcony overlooking the adjacent park and beach. Great to sit outside to enjoy a wine or two viewing the sunset. Good facilities and equipment necessary for a home away from home.

Needed to take our own linen - advised in the rental conditions. Electric stove top was a little difficult to navigate which was a minor agitation. No onsite parking was available to us, although we were able to park directly outside the units with easy access to the car when required.

Location was good. Building and interior have had a recent makeover.

Over-priced. Given the price it should have had air conditioning and Wi-Fi. Mobile reception in this location is terrible so hot spot usage was also limited. Difficult to enter building and apartment because keys and locks are old and unreliable. No discount for second week notwithstanding cleaning/laundry savings for owner. Some of the interior makeover (kitchen cabinets) is second-rate. Some furniture (settees) was damaged/torn.
