It underwent a full renovation in 2014. The property is situated 3 kilometers from the beach and the Diros cave and 7 kilometers from Areopolis.Toxotis 3 can accommodate up to 2 guests in a 25-square-meter space with a double bed. The studio is equipped with a TV, air conditioning, independent heating, a terrace, a bathroom with a shower, free Wi-Fi, iron and ironing board, hairdryer, toiletries, slippers, refrigerator, and breakfast preparation facilities.
