Panorama - Unique Beachfront Stone House in Alipa-Mani

The location is incredibly beautiful. Alypa, which means "without grief or without sorrow" is a peaceful and inspiring place where you can truly unwind and be at one with nature. It is wonderfully raw - a tiny fishing village with a handful of houses and a pebble beach. In the centre of this paradise, overlooking the pebble beach, and just 20 metres back from the shoreline, lies the Beachfront Stonehouse. Each day, in the very early hours, one of two fishermen would alternately go out to sea and return mid-morning with the catch, which, I believe, would be given to an unassuming and authentic trattoria which has a platform with tables overlooking the beach. We were there in June and we could count the visitors on the fingers of one hand at any one time.

Right on the beach - absolutely stunning spot. Sent arrival time to property agent, and he was waiting at the property with the keys when we got there. There is no lockbox for the keys.

Could do with a couple of sun loungers or soft chairs outside. Taverna not open till summer months.

Stunning location with easy access to the most beautiful beach, fantastic taverna just downstairs. This place is heaven on earth!

The bed was way too small for two people and shower not easy to use.
