    Pool closed
    The breakfast and attendant
    The pool was closed and it would have been nice to know in advance or upon check in. The kids and I got to the pool door in swim suits that evening to find it closed for maintenance which apparently it has been for a while I found out when checking out. Also when I checked in there was no one at the front desk sign said back in 10, came down later a couple times and same thing

    The people were great and except for the shower issue were so very nice and helpful.
    I am older and was not feeling safe in the shower/tub. It seemed slippery. When I told the front desk, she said that they polished the tubs and to lay down a hand towel in the bottom of the shower. I tried that and again did not feel safe. So I purchased a shower mat so that I could feel safe and that worked for me. None of the ice machines worked and I was there 8 days.

    Barking dog in adjacent room. Owners not in room so WE had to pick up and move to a room on the side that faced a noisy busy highway. Ug...barking dog or traffic noise.

    My stay was not good.
    Location
    My room was not ready even though I arrived to check in at 5pm. They also gave me a completely different room and refused to reimburse me. I booked a king room and they gave me a double bed room that was not the same price. They also made me wait for nearly an hour in the lobby to get the wrong room in the end.

    Will stay there again if we can stay on the 4th floor.
    Staying on the 4th floor helped eliminate noise from little ones and noisy customers. Thank you! Good parking available for disabled people. Helpful staff.
    First night on the 2nd floor we had neighbors with a small child who watched the TV, on loud volume. The staff moved us to the top floor which was much better for us.
