Guests may only use Tower 1 and Tower 2 amenities. There is a $60 parking/amenity fee that is charged for each vehicle up to 2 vehicle limit.

PROS: perfect view, great location, the pier and Pier Park are within walking distance; the beach service team are great; showers have good water pressure; bed is comfortable; early check-in was offered but not expected so didn’t arrive early to take advantage of it. Kitchen items were sufficient.
CONS: Needs a deep cleaning; mildew on the shower curtain liner, mold around the shower door and corner of shower; ironing board cover has rust stains and mildew on it; floors all need to be deep cleaned; could not walk on barefoot due to sand buildup sticking to feet; elevator wait was long at times; garage needs exit signage; balcony needs to be deep cleaned; pool deck space is very limited and is the main reason I won’t be back. If your plan is to be on the beach, it’s fine but if you enjoy being by the pool, it’s near impossible to get any chairs. We had to pay to rent the beach chairs just to have somewhere to be out in the sun. The day before checkout, we were in our room getting ready and someone came into the condo unannounced shouting ‘hello, hello”. It was a Vacasa rep (had the logo on her shirt). Apparently thought the condo was unoccupied. I told her we were not scheduled to checkout until the following day. About 15 minutes later, a 2 person cleaning crew came walking in also without knocking. Those two barge-ins could have been very awkward and almost were. I called the vacasa # to report it and the female who answered did not seem to be bothered by it. As far as the cleaning suggestions, I realize that a response to this is going to be that we should have called but no one wants strangers in their condo when they’re not there and no one wants to sit around and wait while on vacation. I’m leaving these suggestions to help the owners know the current conditions to be able to fix them and so the next renters know what was reported so they’ll know what was and/or could have been corrected.
