Superb
Amazing location right on the beach. Well equipped Kitchen with modern and functioning appliances. Incredibly comfortable beds. Bathroom a little tired as was some if the decor but it was incredibly relaxed. Beautiful spot, children and dogs lived it. Definitely will book again!
Very close to public areas so lacked privacy. Could be loud and busy when High Tide and people playing on boats having barbeques etc. Decor a bit tired and worn in places.

Lovely view of the sea, close to the coastal path. Walking distance to pubs and restaurants
People walking right past the windows as no real boundary. An enclosed garden would be better for anyone bringing a dog

The location was very scenic ideal for kayaking straight into the estuary
No real privacy , public can walk right past your windows and on occasions peered in! No garden boundary Mould in most rooms on the walls & ceilings. Bathroom- revolting! Dog hairs in all of the clean beds. Sand in beds- clearly they don’t wash the blankets provided- these are not taken with the dirty bedding. You are asked to leave the mattress protector on. This should be removed and cleaned between customers surely. The state of the mattress protectors was revolting- bodily fluids including blood stains. Zero privacy- as you can see from the photos of the kitchen window- when it’s busy ie high tide, you can open the bedroom/ kitchen windows and you’d be able to touch the random people stood outside. General cleanliness was really lacking and disappointing. The cleaners either need a new Hoover or some cleaning training! There were piles of dog hair and fluff under the beds bf in corners of rooms. See the pile by the door frame- this is not covered by any furniture so there really is no excuse for it to be there. Someone else’s dirty socks were in one of the wardrobes., along with a million dog hairs. The location is 10/10- the hygiene standard, lack of privacy and amount of dog hair are -10.
