I wanted to take a moment to express my heartfelt appreciation for the wonderful service I received from the entire team at the Front Desk of the visitor center during my recent stay. From the moment I arrived, I was welcomed with warmth and professionalism. Annette Barfields was phenomenal in her assistance, going above and beyond to ensure that all my needs were met. Her attention to detail and genuine kindness made a significant difference in my experience. Additionally, I would like to highlight Megan's contributions as well. She was not only efficient but also incredibly friendly, making the process of extending my stay for an additional night seamless. It was such a relief to have their support during my visit! Such outstanding service undoubtedly reflects the dedication and commitment of your team to providing an exceptional guest experience. I am truly grateful for their help, and I am looking forward to returning in the future.

Let me share my recent experience regarding the opening hours of the facility, specifically the 9 AM opening time. While I appreciate the efforts made to maintain a smooth operation, I believe that having the facility open at this time poses a challenge for guests who have a 10 AM checkout. When a guest is considering an extended stay, it can be quite essential to discuss options with the staff before the official opening hours. Having the opportunity to speak with someone earlier would greatly enhance the guest experience. It allows for better planning, particularly for those who may want to extend their stay at the last minute. Perhaps adjusting the opening time to a slightly earlier hour or offering a way to contact staff before 9 AM, even if it's through a designated hotline, could provide a better solution. I believe this small change could make a significant difference in the overall satisfaction of guests.

Location, apartment layout and amenities in the apartment. Perfect for a family of 4!

One toilet was broken, and despite maintenance coming out to fix, it remained unusable for most of our stay; additional issues include the TV in both bedrooms didn’t connect to any channels or apps; the light in the secondary bedroom had an issue and was constantly flashing like a strobe light (this was fixed); and the place was not particularly well cleaned. This is not our usual experience at Regal Vistas and was disappointing. The one functional bathroom issue was a major problem.
