VIEUX BOUCAU: Superb very welcoming 1-bedroom apartment, on the ground floor. Completely renovated, it offers a very warm decoration, in the center of Vieux Boucau while being quiet. Restaurants, shops, market are just a few steps away, the beach is 1 km away, the lake and the cyclig road at 500 m. Layout: a living room with sofa and flat screen TV, an open kitchen fully equipped (dishwasher, induction hob, oven combined microwave/ grill...), a bedroom with double bed and closet, a bathroom with shower, washbasin, WC and washing machine. Pretty shaded terrace with awning and bicycle parking. 1 private parking space.
Capacity: 2 people. A contribution to charges of €25 per week will be requested between MID-OCTOBER et MID-MAY included. END OF STAY CLEANING IS NOT INCLUDED IN THE RENTAL PRICE (extra 70€). Location très bien située et vraisemblablement restaurée il y a peu. Très bien pour un couple. 1 km de marche tranquille pour accéder aux grandes plages. A savoir: Il y a un sac de croquettes à dispo pour nourrir les chats errants qui ne manquent pas de se présenter! Cela ne nous a pas déranger mais il faut aimer nos amis les bêtes !
