About this apartment rental
The appartement is ideally close to the lake and 10 minutes by foot from the ocean.
It is in the heart of the village but quiet.
Restaurants, shops and supermarket at 2 min
Daily seasonal market
Small train shuttle to the beach every 5 min
The apartment is located on the first floor of a small residence with bicycle parking at the foot of the stairway.
The apartment is suitable for 4 persons and consists of :
- A double bedroom on the ground floor with 2 closets
- A bedroom on the first floor (sloping ceilings) with 2 beds 90 X 200 with drawers
- A mezzanine with a sofa and Tv, no WIFI
- A living area with a fitted kitchen (no dishwasher)
- A bathroom with shower, toilet, closets and washing machine.
- A 9 m2 terrace overlooking the gardens, with table, chairs and sunshade.
Private Car park in front of the residence
Sheets and towels are not provided.
Ability to make an autonomous entrance according to the arrival time via a system of instructions and secure key box.
The household has to be made by yourself.
We expect to find the apartment the same way you received it when you leave. Otherwise you will be charged €60 fee.

The apartment is in a quiet residential area, very central, 3 minutes from the promenade by the lake, 15 minutes from the sea. A bakery, a Spar and countless restaurants are in the immediate vicinity. We liked the apartment very much, we felt very comfortable right away.
Very nice landlord, we will be back;)
