The house is situated near the beautiful beaches of Arashi and Boca Catalina, making it a paradise for divers. The location within the complex ensures total silence, as it is away from the entrance and road noise, while still being close to community amenities like pools, a clubhouse, a gym, and tennis courts.

Public transport from aruba passes through the entrance of the complex it is also very easy to call a taxi, we have free parking in our unit and if it is your first time in aruba we recommend you rent a car

* The area is a residential area, which means that we appreciate the hours of silence between 10 pm and 7 am.

We had a marvelous stay! The property was perfect for our family. We are familiar with the area and chose it because of the location. Arashi beach is less than a mile—my favorite!Victor was a very attentive host. The condo was larger than I expected. The decor was tasteful. We had a small mishap and Victor came through for us! The employees at the guard shack are also helpful!

Two of us spent 10 days at this lovely, well equipped townhouse in Gold Coast. The community is safe and beautifully maintained. It is less than 5 minutes by car from the beach and 10 minutes away from the high rise hotels and the malls. The townhouse is close to one of the community pools, which rarely had more than a couple of people in attendance. The pictures and online description of the unit are accurate; it is clean, comfortable, and attractively decorated. The backyard seating area and plunge pool with a waterfall were the highlights of our downtime! We had issues with some of the cable remotes and safe, which were promptly addressed by the maintenance crew, but required their return on another day. We chose to forego some of the repairs so as not to lose any time from our vacation. I hope these issues have been corrected.
It was a wonderful experience! We hope to return again soon.
