We loved the cottage. It was the perfect size for the two of us and it was very nicely furnished and comfortable. We found it convenient to restaurants, shopping, and the beach. My husband would have liked more cable channels.

The price is definitely affordable and the place is safe, quiet and kitchen & baths are clean. The sofa is dirty and the center cushion sits you close to the floor. Very hard to get up once seated. The TV situation is useless. After two days of trying we learned the LR is TIVO, the bedrooms are ROKU. No cable and no instructions, no phone help. WIFI only available a few hours per day it’s most generally too many devices trying to access. Written instructions for the WIFI and pool & door access codes provided.Dishes are NOT microwave safe, no coffee pot filter provided.
