It was cozy, and quiet. Had everything we needed!
The kitchen cabinets were dirty, one bed was super soft, the other medium. If you're used to a firm bed this is not the place for you! I didn't see anywhere on the listing that it is a second floor rental. I'm local and after working 12 hours those stairs were the devil!!

This 2 bedroom is a perfect size for small family. It was clean and stocked with all the basics. If you want 30A access, this is at 98 and Blue Mountain 393. Community is small and quiet. Location location
Pool would be nice, but lack of is reflected in the price. The beach is the draw.

The bed was comfortable.
It is an upstairs unit. Would be nice to know. Dishes in cupboard were greasy and dirty. Dishwasher didn’t dissolve the detergent packet so any dishes washed in dishwasher weren’t clean. Area seems a little sketchy. A person was being evicted and all their belongings were outside the unit. Most of the units appeared to be people’s permanent dwellings instead of vacationers.
