This inviting, remodeled 2 bedroom 2 bath villa with an additional bunk room is a treasure in the Lake Front area of Seascape Resort. It is located across the street from the Gulf of Mexico and the Whale's Tail Bar and Grill, it is only 650 feet to the beach access! After a long day on the beach unwind and relax on your private patio with friends and family directly overlooking the pool.
This gorgeous villa is just a short walk to the beach and an even closer walk to the pool! Featuring a gourmet kitchen with stainless steel appliances, surrounded by granite counter tops, the kitchen has everything you need. The downstairs also has a large guest bedroom with a full bath, a washer and dryer and an open living room that leads out to the patio.
The master is located upstairs with a King size master suite and a large full bathroom. The master bedroom has and beautiful high ceilings with a skylight, letting in natural light to the entire upstairs. This home also has bunk beds just off from the master, which is perfect for kids!
Seascape Beach Resort boasts a Championship golf course, Five swimming pools, community grills, Bike rentals and onsite restaurant (Cabana Cafe) all for your pleasure and enjoyment.

This listing has plenty of room for everyone.
The kitchen is well stocked and so are the towels.
We’ve stayed at Seascape a few times now and this location is perfect for the pool, the beach and the local eateries.
We’d definitely stay here again!
