Nothing, it was awful. We did not stay because it was so dirty. It also had broken, damaged or unsanitary fixtures and fittings

Nice location, clean apartment very good customer support.

Sofas were too dirty so many stains on it. Microwave's inner plate was missing toilets seat cover was moving around. Small shower drain was blocked had to open it myself.

It served us well for our stay and made commuting to town easy

It was close to the city and very easy to get to what we needed. Close to all the major roads going to other cities. Plenty of supermarkets close by and other shops with what we needed.

Very basic cooking implements, saucepans and so forth without lids. It did make preparing and cooking meals a bit of a juggle. I purchased and donated a colander to the property. A welcome book or information folder with how to use the appliances would be a good idea

We had a very pleasant stay.

The location was fine gave us easy access to where we needed to go.

The building was in a main road so was noisy in that side. If double glazing was fitted on the front room this would eliminate much of the noise.

Fantastic but needs improvement

The beds were extremely comfortable, it was very clean, the seller was friendly and they provided towels and shower supplies in small bottles. The seller also had great communication and the instructions provided were clear. Any problem I came across I was able to talk about amicably and politely with understanding.

First of all the photos are misleading, the bedrooms look the same but the other facilities such as the kitchen and living room are flawed. It's shown as having a fully furnished and usable kitchen, but the microwave plate was missing and other things like the applications weren't there either. There was a microwave and a kettle but that was it. The cooker hood was coming off the wall and the old food from previous customers were still there, opened and dirty. The fan was covered in dust and there was water damage to the living room wall and ceiling which the seller is aware of but hasn't fixed. The sofa was also stained and not appealing to sleep on. The location is about two hour walk to city centre or a half hour taxi. Overall it was a comfortable stay but things can be improved as it's such a gorgeous property but sadly it hasn't been maintained and has so much potential. Kitchen and corridor lights weren't working correctly either.

I was really disappointed, the place not cleaned and with damp on celling, made me uncomfortable.

the property was close to local amenities but right on a traffic road.

the apartment was NOT CLEAN!! the picture that I saw on the internet was misleading, damp on ceiling there was hair everywhere and even if I had to get a brush there was hair everywhere on the brush. dirty shower grease kitchen even on smoke extractor cooker counter, stains on sofa we had to cover with blankets to sit /sleep on it. My daughter drop her tooth brush in bathroom sink and it came out with black dirt!! I was so uncomfortable with the situation in the apartment especially with 4 young kids including baby. And at the end I realised I payed 45£ for as cleaning fee prior arrival, Which made me wonder, others have also payed for me to stay at the apartment, and is in this condition... above all the management was a prompt communicator.

there are a lot of issues with property. black mould on living room ceiling, extractor fan needs cleaned, mould in shower, radiators leaking. overall the whole apartment needs cleaned throughly. The mould in the living room is a major concern. the apartment needs tlc

Host seemed nice from the messages I received.

The Apartment wasn't very clean, dust on the skirting boards, cupboards in the kitchen need a good clean both inside and out. Dirty marks on the floor in the corner of the living room beside the window. Kitchen cooker extractor fan filter part needs a good clean, extractor fan area above the boiler in the kitchen was also very dirty, lots of dust and fluff in that area, the list could go on, the apartment needs a very good deep clean.

Fabulous

Location was perfect as we had a family funeral and 6 of us needed rooms for 3 nights. Great value and we had our own cooking facilities which kept the cost down. Apartment was cosy and warm. Loved the free parking too as we had 3 cars.

De bedden sliepen goed en waren schoon. Parkeren was goed geregeld.

Locatie was niet schoon, slecht onderhouden, te weinig en kwalitatief slechte spullen om te gebruiken in de keuken. Verlichting liet te wensen over mn in de keuken. Tafelpoot stuk, bank zat niet lekker.
