It was excellent, I would go back in a heartbeat.

The location was great, right in the middle of the old city. The apartment was spectacularly clean, everything new, great sheets and towels, windows on 2 sides so lots of light. Screens on the windows so you could keep them open. The kitchen had enough to do a simple meal. Daily maid service. The owner was flexible about adding my partner who had not originally been on the reservation.

PERFECT!

This was by far our favorite place to stay during our vacation to Italy. Barbara is wonderful!! She is so accommodating and met us in person to check in, even though we arrived late. She checked in during our stay to make sure we didn't need anything. The apartment is in a perfect location. It has everything you would need! 5 minute walk to the train station as well as the town square. Plenty of room for 4 adults. Such nice personal touches, like coffee, biscotti, slippers, robes and even an umbrella. Home away from home!

We had a wonderful stay in Pavia and the accommodations at 30Cavour were perfect for us.

Location was perfect for us - short walk to train station, and short walk to the city center. Apt was spacious, very clean, and ultra comfortable for 3 adults traveling together. It sat on a lovely street that was not at all noisy and yet was active with shops and cafes.

The property was great, our nicest stay on our Europe trip. Very modern and Clean. The suite has everything you could think of. Great location with close walking distance to restaurants and stores.

No on site parking but parking garage only 10 minutes away.

Wunderschöne Wohnung in zentraler Lage

Wunderschöne Wohnung in zentraler Innenstadt Lage. Ideal für einen Kurztrip und Stadtbesichtigung. Vermieterin war bei der Parkplatzsuche behilflich 😊. ( Zusatzkosten ca. 18€ pro Tag), problemloser und schneller Check-in, Getränke, Kaffee und Kekse zur Begrüßung 😀, super fanden wir auch die Bademäntel und die Hausschlappen.

Das soll jetzt keine Kritik sein. Wir haben ein Geschirrtuch vermisst 😂

Die Lage dieser Unterkunft ist sehr gut. Sie liegt am Rande der Altstadt in einer sicheren Umgebung, nämlich schräg gegenüber vom Justizplast. Ironisch gemeint, geht es noch sicherer? ;-) Auf jeden Fall ist die Lage ein optimaler Ausgangspunkt für den Besuch aller Sehenswürdigkeiten in der Altstadt. Die Wohnung im 1. Stock ist modern, geräumig und qualitativ auf einem hohem Niveau. Die ganze Einrichtung ist praktisch neu. Das Preisniveau für diese Wohnung liegt im oberen Bereich, wird aber durch Lage und Ausbaustandard eigentlich aufgewogen. Die Unterkunft befindet sich innerhalb der ZTL und die Zufahrt ist deshalb (ohne Bewilligung) nicht möglich. Öffentliche, bezahlbare Parkplätze, 2€/h, findet man nahe gelegen in einer der Seitenstrassen "Via Palestro" oder "Via Fratelli Cremona". Diese sind nur 2-3 Min zu Fuss entfernt. Der Service und die Sauberkeit lassen nichts zu wünschen übrig. Das WiFi funtioniert tadellos und schnell. Auch Netflix ist vorhanden. Die Klimaanlage kühlt auf die gewünschte Temperatur, auch bei 34°-35°Aussentemperatur. Die Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin Barbara klappte einwandfrei. Gerne wieder!

Appartamento nuovo, in posizione ottima. Munito di tutto, cialde per il caffè, biscotti, acqua e bibite fresche. Arredato molto bene e pulito, bagno grande e doccia super. C’erano Due tv con Netflix ed una cassa per ascoltare la musica. Barbara è stata molto gentile e professionale.

A mio avviso il prezzo è un po' alto e rispecchierebbe più il prezzo di una struttura come Hotel più che un B&B/Guest House (nonostante l'appartamento sia stato molto molto confortevole ed abbia rispettato assolutamente in positivo tutte le aspettative
