The host and his team were lovely people.
They were having awful electrical issues, which Manos did everything he could to lessen the impact on us.
Due to the electrical issues, the room we booked was not available.
We had to move rooms after 1 night to accommodate other arrivals/departures who were there for longer stays.
As said, not in the control of the host, but it did negatively impact our stay.
Manos did arrange a breakfast at the excellent coffee shop across the street, which we really appreciated enjoyed.

The hosts were friendly, and the total feeling is like a family.
Location was perfect and close to airport, lovely beach towns, just across the road there are taverns, restaurants and a lovely bakery. Manos - the host hook us with Dimitris car rental, and helped with everything we needed or asked.
We recommend them and surely return in the future.

The location was beautiful. Away from the big city crowds, with open spaces and views of the countryside, coastline and sea. Also, there is a city bus stop 40 feet from the property entrance. Only 2.08 euros to reach the center of Heraklion. The apartment was spacious and comfortable.

I have to give an all star rating, as the host has been helping us in every possible way.
We were left stranded at the airport after a flight cancellation. The host was able to extend the opening time of the reception waiting for us, got the room prepared late at night and even provided a large bottle of fresh water. They also granted a late checkout to help with the delay of the new flight. Much appreciated.
