Beautiful home for large family vacations! Very convenient to fabulous restaurants, shopping, and of course the most beautiful beaches anywhere! Definitely will be back. Vacasa representative was the BEST !

This home was rented for a girlfriends weekend retreat. We were pleasantly surprised by the elevator, which was SUPER handy for the ladies with mobility issues, as MOST of the sleeping arrangements were on the 3rd floor. The house was spacious, and we LOVED that every bedroom had a bathroom (and there were 2 on the 3rd floor). However, the third floor had a hard time staying cool. We weren't too drastically affected because we spent most of our time out of the home (in the pool DIRECTLY behind the home WINNNNN!!) or at the beach about 2 miles away. When the listing says 5 cars can fit in the driveway, they mean CARS, not SUV's or vans. We made it work, but it was like playing Tetris every time someone had to leave. That said, the GOLF CART was a life saver, so we didn't have to move cars all that often. Furniture was nice, but needs updating. WE LOVED THE DINING TABLES! The kitchen was stocked decently with plates, bowls, and tons of utensils, but not much serveware. Refrigerator stayed cool, but made noises every time you opened it.
All in all... the house was nice for a retreat, and we enjoyed our time there!

If you want space and a large house then this house is great for a large group. Kitchen well equipped and large nice pool right behind you. But definitely needs some TLC. The outdoor furniture is not even useable. Small doll size plastic furniture with no cushions. We could not enjoy the back porch which was a huge let down. 3 toilet seats broken throughout the house. the golf cart only had 1/4 tank of gas and when we called for help we were told it was our responsibility to fill it. The gas station near by was out of gas so we had to drive 15 minutes to buy a gas can and fill it. $30 dollars later . . . .. And the gold cart is a must because the beach is not close. The blinds in my bedroom were broken and would not lift up to be able to open doors to the upstairs patio. The beds were comfortable but the comforter was just a thin piece of fabric and the towels provided were thin and old and scratchy. This house has a lot of potential but needs some care.
