WOW! Better than ever before! We have listened to our guests and delivered! This unit now has a full bath in the primary bedroom, bigger and better kitchen (with more indoor dining space), updated flooring, back up battery power + a newer open floor plan for the living/kitchen area. We want to give a big shout out to our previous guests who have made this happen! Our collective one time visitors, repeat guests that come every year, and even a business that love this unit so much that they long termed it for over a year have spoken! Years of gathering feedback from short term and long term guests alike have contributed to this space being ideal for guests of all ages. Come stay at this welcoming unit and enjoy our beautiful beach while sitting in a complex beach chair, sipping a drink from the Beach Bar, and enjoying the breeze and the view of St John. The beach is calling!
This is a 3 bedroom 4 bath unit (YES! 4 full baths) right on the beach! You can enjoy the ocean sounds and, during the right time of year, view the sunrise right from the primary bedroom window. Large semi-private porch with lots of room to lounge and eat while enjoying the ocean breeze. Enjoy the view from the kitchen where you can even watch the kids play on the beach while making dinner (Kitchen equipped with brand new stainless steel appliances). This is a MUST SEE!
There are many things to do on St Thomas & St John during your stay. Starting with a short walk down the beach to the Sapphire Beach Bar (about 2 minute walk) to enjoy the live music played there on the weekends or grab a burger for lunch/dinner. From there you can catch a safari or jump in your rental car to head into nearby Red Hook where you can find a variety of restaurants and shops; as well as a grocery store (5 minutes away). If you want something more adventurous then book a charter, feed the tarpon, or go out on a dive with a local dive shop; all located in Red Hook. There are all kinds of adventures awaiting you! You can even take a zipline tour through the treetops of St Thomas or take an eco tour while kayaking. Looking for a different pace? Take the car barge or people ferry, from Red Hook, over to St John for the day. On St John there is hiking, diving, snorkeling, sugar cane mill ruins, restaurants, shops, and so much more. A large portion of St John is a national park. So, it is a different kind of beauty than St Thomas. It is a luxury to stay on St Thomas, where everything is so much more accessible, but still be able to run over to St John, for the day, to enjoy the quiet tranquility. This unit is in a great location to so many fun things. It will not disappoint!
* Primary Bedroom has a King size bed + 2 twin Murphy beds. Bedroom #2 provides a king bed. Bedroom #3 boasts a queen bed
** All bedrooms have TV's equipped with Roku, NO CABLE
*** Pool located on property.
**** St Thomas has been working on repairing and improving since Irma and Maria hit our island. There seems to always be project going on around the island. There may be improvements going on during your stay; though we will alert you if any are going on with this unit in-particular.
***** Sargassum grass is unpredictable! If it is going to make an appearance it is most likely during the summer time/hurricane season. This and the clean up process is out of our control & just because it is on the beach today does not mean it will be on the beach the next day. The island works hard at getting it cleared as quickly as possible. A dumpster is located near the unit patio during times of Sargassum clean up.
**** This unit is equipped with battery back up, but our island is run off of generator power and, as such, tends to experience power outages often. Most of the time these outages are only a few hours at a time, but sometimes outages can be more lengthy. With the battery back up, you should not be affected with shorter outages, but the batteries may not have enough power for very long outages. This complex has a back up generator for water and outdoor lighting currently. We do not refund for power outages.

This unit was amazing!! Literally like 70 steps and you are on the beach and toes in the water.. the unit itself was well decorated and stocked - we loved the side by side fridges and used one for drinks and the other for food. Beds are super comfy - mattress fit like memory foam and there enough rooms and bathrooms to make our group of 5 women getting ready in the mornings a breeze! Would definitely recommend and hope to get back here one day! Owner was very quick on responding when we had questions …extended a car so we could get around but the beach here is so nice that we could have Ben happy to stay here and never have to leave. Food options within walking distance like Sapphire Beach Bar and Sea Salt to Sudis..

Location, Location, Location. WOW, Julie's place exceeded expectations. We snorkelled daily, many fish and turtles steps from our door. House was immaculate and well stocked. We felt guilty on an evening when power went out, we were the only ones with electricity, what a nice bonus. Julie met us at the door and went over everything we needed for the week. We were a family of 7 with 3 couples and an todler. Each having our own bedroom with shower gave us privacy when needed. The outdoor patio was a very nice place to hang out as well. We would definitely stay again

LOVED our host and stay!! This was the 1st time we have a had a host personally meet us and give us a quick informative intro to the unit and surrounding area. Clean, stocked above and beyond, closest unit to sapphire beach. Private patio was excellent for cooking out on the grill. Beach chairs included at resort. Bar and restaurants a close walk. 6 taxi ride to Red Hook if you want to venture out. Excellent communication and quick responses with any questions. I will highly recommend to anyone.
